About Us

Embroidery Graphix was established in 1978 by former Dallas Cowboys linebacker (and Super Bowl V MVP) Chuck Howley. After 13 seasons with the Cowboys, Howley hung up his #54 jersey and began to focus on a new business venture: uniform rentals. After all, who better to understand and fill the apparel needs of professional athletes than a former pro football player?

Over time, Embroidery Graphix has transformed into a premier embroidery and apparel business—one that now specializes in creating customized garments, accessories, and promotional items for companies, teams, and organizations. Howley's son, Scott, now runs the show, but what hasn't changed in the 40 years we've been in business is our commitment to quality work, outstanding customer service, and on-time delivery.

At Embroidery Graphix, we only use cutting-edge technology and modern techniques to bring our clients' design ideas to life. The products in our catalog come in a wide range of color options and fabrics, including cotton, synthetic blends, Dri-FIT, and more. When combined with our extensive library of thread colors and weights, the possibilities are nearly endless.

Our Policies

  1. Turnaround Times and Rush Orders. At Embroidery Graphix, the standard turnaround time for most orders is 10 business days from the time your order is finalized to when it is delivered (or, in the case of local orders, ready for pickup). Any order that must be completed within 5 business days is considered a “rush job," and a $25 fee will be applied to the total cost of your order.   2. Large orders. Our maximum production capacity, in ideal circumstances, is 1500 units per day. Orders for more than 1500 items CANNOT be filled any sooner than 24 hours after your order is placed—no exceptions. Complicated or elaborate stitching designs may also require more time per individual piece, cutting down on the total number of items it is possible to produce in a single day.
  3. Pricing and Estimates. Embroidery and logo digitizing prices will vary based on a variety of factors, including design intricacy and total stitch count. For this reason, we cannot offer price “estimates" for services like logo digitizing on our website (although we will waive logo digitizing fees on all orders of 24 pieces or more). Please instead contact us for a quote. We offer bulk pricing on certain items in our catalog, while other items are subjected to fixed rates.
